Hi, I’m Benny. I’ve worked in digital for over 20 years. I started as a designer and front-end developer in Brazil, ran my own digital studio for several years, and most recently spent four and a half years as Senior Producer at Outfit7 in Slovenia (the Talking Tom apps), leading teams of up to 20 artists on games played by hundreds of millions of people.

Along the way I’ve made a few jumps people often ask me about: from designer to manager, from agency life to big tech, and from Brazil to Europe. I’ve helped designers on my team grow into senior roles, set up an internship program, and taught design and creative methodology at two schools.

I’d love to help students and people starting out, professionals growing in their role, and new managers and team leads. We can work on things like:

• Career growth and leadership 1:1 (30 min): A 30-minute 1:1 to work on one real question about your career or your team. You leave with a clear next step you can act on this week. Good topics to bring: growing from junior or mid-level to senior, getting ready for a promotion or a new role, or deciding your next career move. How we’ll use the time: You share your situation and your main question (5 min) We dig into it together (20 min) We agree on 1 to 3 concrete next steps (5 min) Before the call, write your question in the booking notes and share any useful links (CV, LinkedIn, job post). • From Designer to Producer or Project Manager (45 min): For artists and designers who want to move into production, project management, or creative leadership. I made this jump myself, from designer and front-end developer to Senior Producer leading teams of up to 20 people. We’ll cover: - Whether this move is right for you and what changes day to day - Which of your current skills already count, and how to show them - How to get your first production or PM responsibilities without changing jobs yet Before the call, tell me your current role, the role you want, and what’s holding you back. • Your first time leading a team (30 min): For new managers and team leads, or anyone about to become one. Bring a real situation from your team and we’ll work through it together. Common topics: Giving feedback that helps people grow Setting priorities when everything feels urgent Working with other departments and senior stakeholders Delegating without losing quality Supporting someone on your team toward a promotion Before the call, describe one situation you’re dealing with now: what happened, and what you’ve tried. • Building a career in Europe from Latin America (30 min): For designers, creatives and tech professionals from Latin America who have decided to move to Europe and build their careers here. I’ve made this move myself, and as a hiring manager at a multinational company I also hired people from other countries, so I’ve seen the process from both sides. We’ll cover: - Choosing a country and a city for your profile and your life - Job hunting from abroad vs. after you arrive: what works better - How hiring works in Europe and what recruiters here look for - Cultural differences at work: communication, feedback, hierarchy, meetings - What the first months after the move really look like, at work and in daily life Before the call, tell me your field, your experience level, where you’re thinking of moving, and how far along you are in the plan.
