Hi, I’m Bethan. I’ve been doing UX design, strategy and research in agencies for the past 5(ish) years. I’ve worked for clients like Microsoft, Unilever, HSBC and a number of start ups.
I got into UX from a non-design background, and really care about nurturing diversity within the industry.
I can help with advice on working at agencies, presenting to clients, developing UX and research skills, and communication.
