I bring over 15 years of experience in Program and Strategy Management, and Technology Consulting — currently spearheading financial integrity, business-critical initiatives, and data security programs focused on DPDP Act compliance for PII, unified release of all apps aimed at driving scalability and operational excellence.

With a proven record of collaborating closely with CXO and senior leadership (VP/Co-Founder level), I lead strategic discussions that align technology vision with business outcomes while managing high-impact executive communications.

Notable accomplishments include fortifying MPL’s Trust and Safety charter to curb fraud and offer abuse, and partnering with data engineering teams to implement cost-efficient, cloud-native data and technology platform migrations on GCP.

Driven by curiosity and a solution-first mindset, I excel at bridging strategy and execution — empowering leadership with insights that enable smarter, faster decisions.

- Act as a key intermediary to align top-level communication and expectations between multiple Product & Engineering teams.
- Leading a sub-team of highly skilled QA Engineers in testing changes to our core products, which can range from user-facing frontend feature changes to entirely new complex backend infrastructure setups.
- Provide support, mentorship and guidance to new team members and help them to continue to grow and develop further in their roles and capabilities
- Continuously challenge the status quo and introduce changes to further optimize processes within the team’s scopes
- Using a combination of both manual and automated testing methods, to ensure that team is able to guarantee the quality of both the functionality and user experience of new changes while ensuring that they integrate problem-free into our existing products.

- Act as a key intermediary to align top-level communication and expectations between multiple Product & Engineering teams.
- Mentor, coordinator and leadership roles in creation and execution of QA and testing processes, bug documentation and regression.
- Customer centric approach and ability to work in cross cultural environment
- Agile process to manage and own one or more product components for a product line from a QA standpoint and provide advice and support to team members in completing tasks and ensure the timely completion of deliverables.
- To Track, Plan and complete QA-release goals for Project in a software version release. Tracking all Release Requirements Documents, Platform Coverage, BUG tracking, Use case based Test Plan creation/Updation, Migration/Closing BUGS.
- To test Product features and log Bugs in the BUG tracking system.(Update and maintain BUG state across builds in a release).
