As a passionate mother and accomplished AI leader, I believe these two roles beautifully intertwine, enriching my perspective on both life and work.

With professional experience in driving AI transformation within product companies, I most recently served as the AI Lead at Metacore, the creative force behind Merge Mansion, where I spearheaded AI adoption across a vibrant team of 180 professionals. My journey also includes pivotal product and engineering roles at Ericsson, which solidified my expertise in Product Design and Technical Product Management.

My core belief is that successfully implementing AI is more than just selecting the right tools; it’s fundamentally an organisational design challenge. The essence of transformation lies in fostering a culture where teams can rethink collaboration, prioritise effectively, and enhance decision-making processes.

Decisions about work, technology, and organizations are still mostly made by people who have never carried the invisible load of care work. That's a systems gap. Motherhood taught me more about prioritization, delegation, and operating under real constraints than any leadership course. We need more women and mothers in rooms where decisions get made - not as a diversity checkbox, but because the perspective is structurally missing.
