At CI&T, I've established myself as an experienced product designer over the past 5 years. Here, I've deepened my expertise in both user interaction and product experience, gaining valuable insights into processes, team dynamics, and effective collaboration with developers.
During my tenure, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients. In my latest project, I began to cultivate leadership skills, overseeing a team of three designers within the core team across various squads. This role has allowed me to contribute significantly to high-impact projects while advancing both my design and leadership capabilities.

At weme, I had the opportunity to explore a more holistic design context as part of a specialized team in service design consultancy. We utilized advanced design thinking methodologies and frequently conducted design sprints. I worked directly with traditional clients, collaborating to find creative and innovative solutions. In addition to developing physical mockups and models, I also actively participated in creating digital prototypes to validate concepts and enhance user experience.

During my tenure at Matera, I was integral to a newly established design team, where advocating for the value of design was paramount. As a UX/UI Designer, my focus centered on projects within banking and financial sectors, notably developing a design system for a white-label solution. This system streamlined the transition process for companies venturing into fintech. This role not only allowed me to make a significant impact in the banking industry but also propelled my career forward in the field of design.
