Working cross-functionally

As a Salesforce Functional Lead specialising in Declarative Programming, my primary contribution involves on maximising the use of standard Salesforce features such as Flow, Entitlement Process Management, Declarative Integrations and Validation Rules to automate processes, enhance data integrity, and improve user experience. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, I gather requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable configurations without the need for custom code. Additionally, I provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively utilize the system enhancements, fostering greater adoption and satisfaction.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead (Acting Associate Director SF Order-To-Cash) specializing in Declarative Programming, I focused on leveraging Salesforce's point-and-click tools to design and implement robust business solutions with other external services. My goal was to ensure that S&P Global Order-To-Cash workflow is efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.

As a Senior Lecturer in Computer Sciences, I contribute to the academic development of undergraduate students by teaching Management Information Systems and Software Requirements Engineering. In my role, I design and deliver comprehensive lectures that cover both theoretical foundations and practical applications of these subjects. My focus is on equipping students with the skills needed to analyse, design, and manage information systems effectively, as well as to gather and document software requirements accurately.
