Hello hello🌞 I am Bilge, a passionate product designer. I love solving complex problems with user insights and input from multidisciplinary teams through iterations. I care about delivering high-impact outcomes and having human-centered processes to get us there.
During my 10+ years of experience as a designer, I have worked in product development teams, design strategy consultancies, and in-house design teams. My primary skills range from UX research and product design to workshop creation & facilitation.
Beyond design, I'm passionate about cultivating learning cultures. If you're seeking a mentor who combines design expertise with a commitment to team growth and collaboration, let's connect! 🌟

What mentees say
“We had a fantastic conversation about international moves, working in design at the strategic level, the challenges and opportunities between IC and Manager work, and working across disciplines. I found her questions to be well prepared and commend her on her proactive approach to growth and development.”
