Hello there 👋 I’ve been in UX design for 25+ years at places like DocuSign, Disney, BlackRock and more. I love helping designers navigate career dynamics, deal with highs/lows of management, team dynamics, imposter syndrome and other mental health challenges. I've built + led big teams, small teams and even huge ones, so I've got a mosaic of perspectives to draw from.

I ❤️ talking film, legos, and I live with my wife and son and our Bernese Mountain dog Opal.
