•	Responsible for achievement of the annual financial targets both P&L and balance sheet. 
•	Develops, monitors and manages data science department budget to meet or exceed operational and long-term targets; initiates and manages adjustments to the budget to assure balanced operations.
•	Ensure the business creates additional value through the utilization of data assets and analytics.
•	Lead the team in consistently identifying and monitor key business risks and realizing the data needs of the business.

•	Provide overall leadership of unit and define a framework for developing it into a high performing and engaged team, through managing their performance, motivating, coaching and training them accordingly.

•	Key problem-solving partner to the relevant business leads by collaborating with them in understanding their unique business challenges. 
•	Translate the business needs into actionable data science focused initiatives to provide solutions and/or recommendations to enable the business excellence.
•	Coordinate the creation of experimental data modelling designs by the Data Scientists, ensuring A/B tests are run constantly in order to evaluate changes in the business’s product/services. 
•	Lead the team in project execution to ensure that projects are designed well, completed on time, within budget and to service delivery specification.

The Financial Risk Management role is a business enablement function that is responsible for designing, developing, promoting and maintaining financial risk algorithms and models that measure customer credit risk profiles and match these to product arrangements, with a view to optimize profit. These financial risk models shall be applied to customer credit limit management, portfolio and collections strategies.
The role is responsible for Financial Risk Management in all countries and for all financial inter-mediation products. The key responsibilities for the role are:
•	Design and development of application and behavioral scorecards for different products/markets portfolio 
•	Definition of a credit strategy for each portfolio to optimise portfolio profitability 
•	Review and underwrite credit strategies that may require subjective input 
•	Define and manage a portfolio management strategy that assures compliance to performance metrics 
•	Continuous research and testing to assure effectiveness of the credit risk models and tools 
•	Contribute to product and process design and development to build quality at design 
•	Contribute to GTM and Sales strategies to positively influence the target population and product uptake

1.Offer technical support for both hardware and software to other technical staff and assigned clients. 
2.Provide support during installations at assigned sites with the company’s latest hardware and software products as well as coordinating with the client to ensure that all the customer requirements are met. 
3.Provide training to clients after completion of installation of company solutions. 
4.Offering pre and post installation technical support. 
5.Coordinating with supply chain to ensure proper delivery of equipment for installation as per client sales order. 
6.Managing key assigned accounts to ensure proper working of systems and great customer satisfaction.

1.Service and Maintenance of Laptops, Desktops, Printers.
2.Trouble shooting and Hardware diagnosis.
3.Diagnosis of printers, workstations and UPS.
4.Provide software support for Microsoft Windows 7, Windows XP/2000, Microsoft applications and Mac X OS.
5.Liaising with internet service providers to ensure continuous and reliable internet connections. 
6.Provide hardware and software support for DELL and HP servers, desktops and laptops.
