I manage our team of amazing product developers and designers on a day to day basis, but also have an influential role in help ideate and create solutions for our clients which help them accelerate their digital growth. This includes running workshops on user behaviours, to researching technical solutions to bring innovative ideas to the table. Further to this I am currently constructing website flow diagrams to look for 'hotspots' and holes in intuive UX design. My main responsibilities for this role concerned evaluating and growing student businesses through consultations and workshops that helped students build fantastic platforms on which to grow their businesses. These businesses ranged from technologically centred businesses (in robotics and web platforms) as well as smaller scale businesses such as pop up shops and catering businesses. I was also tasked with the creation of a new branding and marketing stretegy, including the redesign of the website, video production, motion animation production and the creation of print media.

I also facilitated the introduction of new courses, workshops and weekly seminar series to help increase Basecamp's outreach.

Under the moniker 'The Design Kitchen' I have been producing visual identities, UI/UX and motion graphics for a multitude of small and medium sized businesses. Products have ranged from logos and choosing a companies typography to producing unique business cards and web designs. My full portfolio is available at www.billyryanwilliams.com
