About Bo Balachsan
Award-winning Design Lead, Coach & Facilitator at Spiced-Academy
After 13+ years navigating the worlds of design leadership, tech education, and team building, I've discovered that true innovation & leadership emerges at the intersection of business acumen, creative methodologies, and authentic human connection. As an Authentic Leadership Coach and Strategic Co-Pilot, I'm passionate about helping professionals find their unique flow where “purpose aligns with performance”. 💙
With education in the fields of Design, Project Management, Coaching, Anthropology and Entrepreneurship - My journey flows through founding a design studio and working with a diversity of professionals & clients while helping a variety of teams, leaders and projects build and scale. These experiences taught me that crafting great work isn't just about a working model : it's about creating healthy and dynamic environments where people thrive holistically. I implement that line of thinking as I blend strategy & design thinking methodologies with coaching techniques and consulting frameworks to help leaders and teams move from "survival mode" to sustainable success. 🌱
