About Bohdan

International Program Manager at Super

Hey there 👋

I work with people who are navigating change, whether that’s a career transition, building something new, or trying to move forward inside a complex organization.

My background spans startups, product and innovation work, and large corporate environments. Over the years, I’ve learned that most challenges are not about missing knowledge, but about clarity, perspective, and making sense of complexity. That’s what I try to offer in our conversations.

I keep an open door for first conversations and moments of transition. Some sessions are offered freely, with limited availability, to stay accessible and human.

For deeper or more outcome-focused conversations, I ask for a small commitment fee. These sessions include a short follow-up after we meet - a written summary and a simple visual or short presentation capturing the key ideas, decisions, and next steps we discussed. The goal is not documentation, but reflection and practical application.

You can book a session if you want to think things through, challenge your assumptions, or prepare for something that matters - a conversation, a decision, an idea, or a next step.

Think of these sessions as thoughtful conversations, grounded in real experience, focused on helping you move forward with more clarity.

Looking forward to meeting you.

Sessions with Bohdan

  • Open Mentorship (30 min): You can bring anything that’s on your mind, career questions, work challenges, ideas you’re exploring, or moments of uncertainty. The goal is not to solve everything, but to understand where you are and what might matter next. This is a space to think out loud, ask questions, and get an outside perspective from someone who has worked across startups, corporate environments, and innovation initiatives. This session is intentionally open and accessible. If we discover that deeper or ongoing work would be helpful, we can decide that together, without pressure.
  • Career Materials - Initial Review (30 min): This session offers an initial, high-level review of your career materials. You can bring your CV, resume, or LinkedIn profile. We’ll look at overall structure, clarity, positioning, and how your story comes across - without going deep into line-by-line editing. The purpose is to help you understand what works, what may be unclear, and where focused improvement would have the biggest impact. If you later want more detailed work, preparation, or multiple iterations, that can be done in a separate commitment-based session.
  • Career & Life Orientation (30 min): Sometimes the hardest part is not choosing an option, but understanding where you stand. This session is for people who feel at a crossroads. In their career, studies, or professional life more broadly. We focus on orientation: clarifying your current situation, what you’re reacting to, and what direction might make sense given your context and values. There is no coaching script or predefined outcome. It’s a thoughtful conversation meant to bring structure to uncertainty and help you see your situation more clearly. This session is about orientation, not execution.
  • Working With People (45 min): This session focuses on the human side of work: collaboration, trust, communication, and difficult interactions within teams or organizations. You can bring a real situation involving colleagues, managers, stakeholders, or leadership challenges. We will talk through what is happening, clarify dynamics, and explore practical ways to move forward. After the session, you will receive a short written summary capturing the key points, tensions, and insights from our discussion. In addition, I will share a simple visual or a short presentation of up to five slides that reflects the main dynamics, possible approaches, and concrete next steps discussed during the session. This follow-up is usually shared within three days and is meant to help you reflect and apply the conversation in practice.
  • Presentations & Communication (45 min): This session is about communicating ideas that matter, whether in presentations, pitches, negotiations, or important conversations. You can bring an upcoming meeting, a presentation you are preparing, or a message that needs to land clearly. We will focus on structure, clarity, and calm communication rather than scripts or performance techniques. After the session, you will receive a written synthesis of the key ideas and decisions from our conversation. I will also provide a simple visual or a short presentation of up to five slides that captures the message structure, key arguments, and practical ideas discussed. This follow-up is usually delivered within three days and is designed to support preparation and reuse of the thinking.
  • Product & Innovation Sparring (45 min): This is a sparring session for people working on products, ideas, or innovation initiatives in startups, companies, or side projects. You can bring a product challenge, an early concept, a strategic question, or something that feels unclear or stuck. The session is a focused conversation aimed at pressure-testing assumptions and clarifying direction. After the session, you will receive a short written summary outlining the challenge, insights, and options discussed. You will also receive a simple visual or a short presentation of up to five slides that frames the problem, highlights key assumptions, and suggests possible next steps. This follow-up is typically shared within three days and is intended to help you move from discussion to action.
