Under bymensch, I take on a handful of engagements with startups, corporates and public organizations:

Build: hands-on software product & project leadership, from first concept to launched product, including fractional PM for early-stage ventures
Advise: digital innovation & automation strategy, tailored and delivered end-to-end, from SMEs to large corporations
Train: storytelling, pitching & presentations, innovation management and digital transformation — for teams that want their ideas heard, funded and built
Convene: hackathons, innovation programs & events for private and public entities, designed and run end-to-end

Over ~2 years as Intelligent Automation Engagement Lead/Analyst:
 
• Built and ran an enterprise-wide AI, Automation & Data Science portfolio of 70+ solutions, owning the full funnel from ideation through delivery, value tracking and scaling → est. 50,000+ hours saved;
• Led the transformation funnel that made it repeatable (ideation → scoping → concept → delivery → value tracking → scaling), applying Design Thinking, Lean and agile to drive GenAI and automation adoption;
• Organized end-to-end AI hackathons across Procurement, Finance and Supply Chain 150+ participants, taking ideas all the way to real digital products;
• Co-organized InnovateX - an internal innovation and community event bring top speakers from partners like Microsoft, Databricks, SAP, Cognizant and more - reaching 900+ employees across 40 countries;
• Positioned the Intelligent Automation team as a trusted business partner across Etex.

My overarching goal is to improve operational efficiency through emerging technologies, standardize global Power Platform usage, and promote employee-driven innovation. I can mentor on AI integration, global technology adoption, and fostering innovation within global teams.

Currently my focus spans three key areas:

1. Digital Innovation Space (50%): I integrate AI and Machine Learning to solve business challenges and enhance operations.

2. Global Power Platform Expansion & CoE (25%): I lead the adoption of the Power Platform across EMIA, North, and Central America, ensuring a standardized approach.

3. Decentralized Citizen Development Program (25%): I develop strategies, training, and educational content to encourage technological innovation among employees.

Alongside two cool mates, I co-founded TipTape, a startup providing 1:1 online mentorship sessions with top-tier music professionals, including Grammy-awarded producers linked to artists like Adele and Miley Cyrus. In my role as COO & Product Development Lead, I navigated the complexities of launching and managing a startup, balancing the high-pressure environment with the excitement of innovation and team collaboration. Our experience was a mix of late-night strategy sessions and real-time problem solving, offering a practical hands-on education in entrepreneurship and team dynamics.

Although TipTape eventually concluded, the venture was a rich source of learning about the intricacies of startup operations and team synergy.

Pioneered the adoption of Power Platform Technology and established the Digital Innovation Space in collaboration with the Digital Capability Lead. Led an EMIA-wide Digital Innovation Program with 200 participants, resulting in 20 new digital products and 150+ hours of workshops.

Played a key role in expanding the team from 4 to 12 members through strategic recruitment and professional development, driving the Power Platform's scalable innovation in the EMIA region. As Tribe Product Manager, managed a team of 12 to expand Power Platform utilization and introduce innovative technologies, releasing 15 new digital products for Bridgestone.

Initiated and managed 40 Thinkathons to promote inventive problem-solving, and developed the Digital Innovation Space, acknowledged for its effectiveness by industry leaders such as Microsoft and Avanade.

I can share insights on managing large-scale projects, leading interdisciplinary teams, and combining project management methodologies for enhanced efficiency.

I managed cross-continental projects and led interdisciplinary teams of up to 20 members, launching four consumer products with comprehensive oversight. I oversaw 14 major projects with budgets exceeding €1M, demonstrating strong financial management and project delivery expertise. I implemented a hybrid project management approach, combining PMBOK and Agile methodologies, which improved adaptability and efficiency.

I launched a critical digital app for over 200 employees, enhancing office booking processes and setting a new standard for IT innovation at Bridgestone. Additionally, I played a key role in developing strategic product roadmaps with Business Owners, focusing on digital innovation and user-centric solutions.

As a Co-Founder and Product Manager in the micro-mobility and IT services sectors, I can share insights on leading international Agile teams, strategic product development, and market analysis to create user-centric solutions.

I led an Agile team that focused on strategic product development and hands-on design, resulting in impactful products that gained significant recognition. Our achievements include:

1. Top 10 in a Startup Accelerator for legal tech automation.
2. 3rd place at Bosch Connected World 2020.
3. Finalists in The European Week of Regions and Cities contest 2019.
