At Traction, I lead the Brand and Creatives team spearheading a major rebranding project. My role spanned from identifying the risks of infringing on a multinational corporation’s brand identity to developing a wining brand and creative strategy to solve the problem and leading the team to execution that my co-founder referred to ‘stellar’. This strengthened our customer interaction, increased our brand awareness and market share in double digits.

- Spear-headed the development of key brand assets such as brand manual, complete deck templates, email signatures, and social media templates. 
- Developed and completed visually compelling design tasks across several marketing channels daily.

- Created brand collaterals and assets for the year’s festival across states in Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja. Uyo, Ibadan, Ilorin etc.)
- Managed and supervised a remote working team of 18 design volunteers to churn out deliverables
- Provided creative direction for graphic designers, motion designers, videographers, etc, and printers for an excellent final output

• Create and design visual elements such as advertisements, product packaging artworks, logos, brochures, point of sales materials (POSM), social media visuals and posts, newsletters, consumer  fliers, web pages and other communication materials.
• Develop concepts for designs for new product launches and support with print production when required.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Ensure that design is developed and applied consistently in line with specific brand style guidelines.
