Led product innovation and experience design projects for various clients and worked on multiple business development pitches at Huge Oakland. The project scopes included hosting workshops, developing the product vision and brand expression in design language, championing storytelling in experiences, and implementing processes and tools facilitating cross-functional work. Performed managerial duties, including a key focus on managing and mentoring designers within the company to further shape the Huge Oakland culture and planning the 2021 Huge XD school. Clients include Google, UCSF BCH, Samsung, and Yo Labs.

Led a core design team and reimagined a unified product experience through all facets of the product design process. Partnered closely with product stakeholder and owner, researcher, and strategist and determined product vision opportunities. Worked on multiple business development pitches and created a design thinking culture and mentored a growing design team. Clients include L'Oreal and First Data - Clover.

Led a lean design team and built a product vision opportunity through all facets of the product design process, from conception through completion. I partnered closely with engineers and work with clients (business owners and leadership) in San Francisco and Japan to craft the entire cycle of a meaningful end-to-end solutions for the first phase of control pilot. Furthermore, I involved with the go-to-market strategy, partnership opportunities in the APAC market, and the potential business model.

Led a core design team and built a next generation product through all facets of the product design process. Worked directly with senior executives to determine strategy, priorities, and resourcing. Developed product vision, design language guidelines, and tools to facilitate the work in the team. Conducted user and design research including: rapid prototyping testing, usability studies, competitive product analysis, and design trend research.  Partnered closely product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to craft a  beautiful experience that  was intuitive and delightful to use.  Designed, and developed the entire cycle of an end to end solutions and shipped it.

Led a team of designers and delivered the ecosystem of design language, interaction patterns, and end to end solutions. Worked on multiple major sales and business development pitches and innovated product design. Built the product development practices by employing an iterative design methodology, based on a cyclic process of prototyping, testing, analyzing, and refining a product or process. Uncovered customers pain points  and used these findings to define the direction of the product strategy. Partnered closely with pm, business analyst, and engineers in driving the development process. 
Clients include Toyota, Tmobile, Microsoft, Citi, and Honda.

Led a team of designers and cross-functional group of prototypers to deliver an intuitive and functional experience. Defined the direction for the product, interaction, and visual design and built the design language and style guide. Partnered closely with product managers and engineers in driving the development process.

Created next generation products in search and commerce properties by collaborating with product, engineering, and business units across Yahoo!. Played a pivotal role of identifying requirements, providing UX design solutions, and creating mental models, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity design mockup. Lead the vision projects of Yahoo! Commerce in Shopping and Homes properties, and also worked on other projects which include Search Direct, and Yahoo! Axis.
