Hi, I'm Boris, having almost 2 decades of experience across a multitude of fields. Throughout my career I've created startups, led product-engineering-design teams, created awesome products, scaled them to millions of users, conducted thousands of interviews and hired hundreds of people. I've been shaping company processes optimizing for delivery, speed. Fostering team culture of psychological safety, cohesion, ownership and collaboration. I've mentored many engineers of different levels, including managers, and consulted different companies. Love video games, travelling, casually coding, and giving to the community.
