I'm Brandon, a Senior Product Designer at Major League Baseball, where I focus on Web, App, and Streaming platforms.
Over about 10 years I've designed across a lot of very different worlds. Entertainment and streaming (Paramount, Warner Media), finance (JPMorgan Chase), insurance (MetLife), and luxury and art (Sotheby's), plus agency work early on. Different industries, different constraints, different kinds of teams. So whatever environment you're trying to break into or navigate, I've probably seen some version of it.
I already spend a good chunk of my time mentoring junior and mid level designers through critiques, career conversations, and helping people step into leadership. This is just me opening that up to more of you.
