With over 20 years of work experience, I am a seasoned and passionate user experience design leader who strives to create engaging, ethical, and impactful digital products. My mission is to empower people and businesses to achieve their goals and aspirations through design thinking, data-driven insights, and human-centered solutions. I am currently the Senior Manager of User Experience Design at LinkedIn, where I lead a team of designers on the Customer Experience team for the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions suite of products.
In my current role, I leverage my experience in user experience design to deliver innovative and scalable experiences that help marketers connect with their audiences, optimize their campaigns, and measure their results. I collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to design and launch products that use the latest technology stacks augmented with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) to create personalized experiences for users. I also mentor and coach other designers, and foster a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence within my team.
