What mentees say
“Brennan is incredibly personable and helped me get an understanding of Design Ops salary expectations compared to other UX IC roles, and some tips on how to research/negotiate offers. I recommend anyone considering Design Ops to schedule time to meet with him.”
“I learned so much about Design Ops from Brennan! I didn’t fully understand the business part of design, but during my session with Brennan, he broke down all the aspects of it. He had great insight on the kind of roles I should be looking out for, how to position myself, where to apply to these roles!”
“I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with Brennan. He has an amazing background and personality. We went over two of my case studies that I submitted for a position at Pinterest. I got great feedback, including tips about structure and displaying content. Brennan cares about helping designers where he can.”
