About Brett Pollack
Staff Designer at Airbnb
I'm Brett, a Staff Designer at Airbnb — previously Apple and Google. I've spent 10+ years designing products used by hundreds of millions of people, working across design systems and product experiences.
These days I get the most energy from a good portfolio teardown: helping designers present their work clearly, tell the story behind their decisions, and show their thinking, not just their screens. My feedback is direct and honest — that's what helped me grow, and it's what I'll give you.
If you're polishing a portfolio, prepping for interviews, or figuring out your next move, book a session. Happy to help.
