Helping build out the design and research capabilities within Southwest’s Artificial Intelligence and Data Transformation department.

My job is to make sure the user stays at the center while we deliver AI solutions that drive (fly?) the future of Southwest.

Experience design manager and project lead on large scale enterprise product development consulting projects.

Managed and mentored designers while leading large-scale user experience teams for enterprise and consumer software projects. I advocated for the user and educated on the benefits of user-centered research to make sure projects are a success.

UX designer engaging directly with clients and working with researchers to take customer insights and turn them into validated user-centered prototypes and detailed visual designs.

I worked directly with clients to take their business goals and meld them with users’ needs to create successful design solutions. I am responsible for the user experience and strategic direction for large client projects and my successes have included helping clients launch new businesses, take products into new market segments, and become one of the first major retailers to take their $200+ million dollar e-commerce site responsive.

I was responsible for leading the direction of the agency's technology, development, and user experience practices. This included defining user experience processes, selling the value of UX and strategic offerings to potential clients, and working with clients to match up business goals with user expectations. Projects included native mobile apps for startups, intranets for large enterprise clients, responsive product marketing sites, and large B2C and B2B e-commerce sites.
