I designed and coded my first website in 1996, and 20+ years later, my focus is still on the user’s experience with products and services. I've found that through Design-Thinking and Lean UX strategies, you can help manage risk. I have also found that all design is a hypotheses. Adopting a scientific method for validation can help manage designing products, and services that you know are useful and usable.
