Managed remote teams to deliver responsive apps, 'Artist Manager Platform' and 'Warner Exclusive Rewards,' using industry-leading tools. Launched both apps on time and within budget, resulting in significant improvements in KPIs and daily user counts. Presented project updates to c-suite, stakeholders, and vendors using interactive presentations, gaining buy-in and building a roadmap for future development.

Updated a banking product's sales funnel for national integration, resulting in a 30% increase in signups. Collaborated with legal, content writers, stakeholders, and product owners to create wireframes, prototypes, and presentations using Figma, Figjam, Miro, PowerPoint, and user testing. Achieved a cohesive flow across mobile, online, and in-person experiences by working closely with several teams and existing design systems.

Collaborated with a lead developer, CEO, and PO to design a real-estate broker app for iOS/Android using Lean UX/Agile methodology and Figma, Figjam, and Slack tools. Employed lo-fi/hi-fi wireframes, discovery workshops, and usability testing to ensure success. Identified reusable components, integrated JavaScript plugins, and created a 4-stage release roadmap for MVP/MVP+. Received buy-in from c-suite and investors.

Designed principal screens for an Ionic/Angular iOS/Android app with an AWS backend for a startup, working remotely with a UX team. Led review meetings with stakeholders, developers, and product owners, and conducted iterative UX design sprints using research to identify user segments and ideate solutions. Organized designs using Figma components and followed A11Y standards for an intuitive user experience.
