Hi, I’m Brian—a design leader with a deep love for building high-performing teams, translating organizational purpose into clear, impactful experiences, and preserving the user’s voice every step of the way. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led design orgs through transformation at places like Salesforce, Meta, Walmart, and TIAA—delivering scalable platforms, driving measurable business impact, and creating cultures where people do the best work of their careers.
I’m currently based in McKinney, Texas (by way of Northern Indiana) with my wife and two boys. When I’m not thinking about systems, storytelling, or scale, I’m usually painting with oils or exploring creative projects that keep me grounded. I’m passionate about giving back through volunteer work and finding ways to keep design human—even in the most complex environments.
