If you are an entry level designer looking for advice on finding your first job, I recommend reaching out to designers that just got their first job or jr. designers who have recently been in this situation.
I do not have capacity outside of our 30 minute session to review portfolios nor resumes. I'd also prefer to not discuss portfolios nor resumes in our session. I know this is a large part of the interview process but this is not a part of the career journey that I focus on. My best advice is to tailor your portfolio and conversations for the job you are interviewing.
