As a product designer, I worked on creating a unified user interface for four different acquired products. I also helped evolve the design process by mentoring young designers. My experience in designing and developing user interfaces has helped me develop a keen eye for detail and an ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

As a Product Designer at Pipefy, a low-code lean process management platform, I was in charge of improving the experience for our IT manager personas, by conducting interviews, data analysis, research, and designing user interfaces.

I was also part of the Platform team, a dedicated team to help improve our platform, as a Design System Ops. I work with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and PMs to build, maintain, and document Lumen design system.

We've started the Design Ops practice at iFood to make the design chapter as efficient as possible, focusing on improving processes, providing training, and building tools and products, such as our design system. My daily work was focused on creating assets and deliverables for the Pomodoro Design System, which included managing and maintaining our documentation, crafting individual components, as well as writing usage guidelines and best practices for each component in the system

At Fintech Partners Tribe, I've led a design project to deliver, with a team of research, engineers, PMs, and writers, a complete revision of the Financial Dashboard. It was quite a ride to touch product surfaces that affect hundreds of thousands of partners every day.

Working at the biggest bank in Brazil, I've created high-quality User Experience deliverables for a wide range of audiences (wireframes, clickable prototypes, usability testing scripts, user flows, design documentation, etc.) to help empower SMB's with better financial services.

Worked as a lead designer, alongside the Design Manager to look after the team and plan and carry out team-related activities. Create high-quality User Experience deliverables for a wide range of audiences (wireframes, clickable prototypes, usability testing scripts, user flows, design documentation, etc.).
I was also responsible for a huge innovation project on Santander Bank in Spain, aiming to develop a new product conducting research, testable prototyping and lots of real time changes.

As a team leader, I was responsible for the well being of the team. That included hearing and understanding the team, communicating with other teams to solve cross-team issues, promoting good practices of Visual Design, taking decisions when there is no consensus on what to do and also communicating team status, task accomplishment, and direction.

SobreApps was my own business, which aims to helps startups to achieve their view of a digital product.
My role is to design the products for those clients, by following a process of value proposition, research, user validation, journey flow, prototypes and only then some interface and then more tests and prototypes and interfaces, iterating with the client all along the way. The deliverables (most of times) are protoypes, assets package, style guides and flows for either hybrid interfaces, web, Android and iOS.

- Planning and monitoring  MVAS products life cycle, enhancing features, customer engagement and management of the Churn. 
- Define the product vision, working closely with IT, BI, sales, marketing and external partners to ensure that revenue goals are met. 
- Daily monitoring of product numbers (budget, acquisition, churn, etc).
- Business Analytics tracking / competition.

I was responsible for:
- Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously on time and on budget
- Identify the needs and manage the production process
- Manage and control project scope and the change control process
- Help to develop and manage project timelines
- Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy
- Communication of project status, project risks and assumptions to internal and external stakeholders
