Project 1: Provide the best audio experience for the largest Brazilian broadcaster in Latin America investing in the UX strategy, focusing on product evolution and innovation.
Create the strategy and the entire experience from podcasts to the Globoplay video streaming service product.
Leading projects bridging other teams and peers, aligning expectations and negotiating dates with stakeholders.

Project 2: I worked on the elaboration of the product strategy for GShow. We co-created Gshow's future strategy with Design and Product mindsets and practices. Providing a prototype, user arguments and a product strategy to help the client seek internal sponsorship.

Project 3: Data collection to map the candidate and recruitment process in order to improve the hiring lead time and improve the candidate person's experience with TW.
