I work with brands to help them become category leaders and sell at scale.

I am also the Co-Founder and Chairman at Youth Catalyst Foundation (youthcatalystfoundation.org), a non-profit organization with aim to elevate Indonesia's tomorrow by providing education, mentorship, and financial support for the young generation. Our programs include StudentsCatalyst, Internnet Indonesia, FlashCampus, and YCF Scholarship.

Previously, I was a senior consultant at McKinsey, serving clients across Southeast Asia on growth strategy, digital marketing, investments, M&A, digital business building, and organization strategy. During my time at McKinsey, I was appointed as the Champion (Project Leader) of their flagship Young Leaders for Indonesia (2023) and the Consulting Fellowship Program (2024).

Before the Firm, I spent a few years in the startup and tech landscape. I did product management at Traveloka and Pinhome, then became a venture capital investor at Global Founders Capital, a multi-billion dollar global VC fund from Europe, and became the first investment team member in Southeast Asia who successfully sourced and closed an investment deal.

My diverse set of experiences shaped me into a multi-dimensional person who is able to learn new things quickly, wear multiple hats & manage cross-functional stakeholders, coach people & build capability, and ultimately solve complex problems and deliver business impact.

Besides work, I also invest in early-stage businesses built by entrepreneurs I deeply believe in. My portfolio so far are in AI, retail, and financial services.
