Led our UX team on Lexus and Toyota’s shared digital ecosystem, optimizing the full funnel from Model Pages to Dealer Tools (+27% Builds sent to Dealers, −57% bounce rate). Scaled a modular design system across brand tiers and regions. Mentored 4 Designers and 2 Researchers while staying hands-on in prototypes, accessibility, and research synthesis. Partnered cross-functionally to align roadmaps, workflows, and product delivery.

Designed newsletter and social content for releases; co-designed activations for
DesignerCon and MondoCon. Managed global shipping operations, improving
efficiency and reducing loss. Maintained creative relationships globally with artists,
galleries, museums, and brands, including The Broad Museum, Hulu, Audrey Kawasaki,
and Drew Struzan.

Ran all aspects of the business daily: maintaining relations with artists, marketing
services to relevant industries, managing all finances, providing creative pre-flight
assistance, and fabricating laser engravings & cuts on a wide variety of materials.

End-to-end product design for startups (B2C and B2B) and individual creatives. Lead
discovery to MVP using remote research and iterative prototyping; shipped sites and
tools for internationally recognized brands and artists. Experience leading small
product teams in startup and agency contexts.
