Sr. Product Designer at Amazon
Apple alum and Amazon-based product designer with over a decade of experience designing complex digital systems that operate at scale under real-world constraints. I specialize in systems where decisions compound over time: enterprise platforms, internal tools, and workflow-heavy products where clarity, trust, and durability matter more than polish.
I’ve worked across continents, cultures, and company stages from early-stage startups to global enterprise platforms, spanning healthcare, marketplaces, retail, and eCommerce across B2B, B2C, and C2C contexts.
Today, my work centers on enterprise platforms and GenAI-driven systems, particularly internal tools and workflow-heavy products where users operate under time pressure, ambiguity, and high accountability. I focus on AI-native UX patterns beyond chat, including prescriptive insight delivery, agent-based workflows, and explainable decision support.
In parallel, I work with select teams in a fractional or advisory capacity, helping define product intent, pressure-test UX architecture, and guide high-impact decisions during early definition or engineering-heavy phases, where mistakes are costly and clarity matters most.
“Had a great session with Bryan! He provided honest feedback on my portfolio and what to focus on, alongside super practical tips for navigating the job search in Japan. I'm more than happy to book another session and highly recommend him to anyone looking for clear mentorship.”
“Bryan shared his insights and advice on my career path in a professional way. The comments were not surface level and were mostly things that you could only hear from someone who is doing the actual practice with keen perspective.”
