My role as a mentor on ADPList.org has honed my skills in guiding designers to leverage their unique strengths, contributing to the growth of the design community and helping mentees secure roles at leading companies.

Served as a design consultant, working with startups, large multi national banks, and SaaS tech companies to achieve successful business outcomes. Led UX hiring and recruitment for various levels and guided cross-functional teams in the US and India for cohesive product design. Committed to team development, focused on enhancing leadership skills and aligning individual goals with business needs, following servant leadership principles.

Led the digital transformation of 7-Eleven's promotion creation process, transitioning from a complex Excel-based system to an automated solution. This change expedited the deployment of in-store promotions across over 13,000 locations, enhancing efficiency and turnaround time.

Led UX design for key sectors at Newegg, a multi-billion dollar e-commerce giant, focusing on checkout, business intelligence, customer service, promotions, account management, product search, and transactional emails among others.

Developed user-friendly interfaces for advanced scheduling and talent management software, using prototypes to present product vision to executive stakeholders. Led the design and implementation of responsive web applications using HTML/CSS and established a comprehensive design system in collaboration with developers.
