In this role, I train and mentor upcoming UI/UX students to enable their skills and guide them to create products that would be helpful for users. I principally arrange courses and curricula to produce successful students within the industry. I also observe trends, latest practices, and information for UI/UX-related processes to influence the best industry practices.

As a UX Researcher, I execute UX Research consisting of user interviews and data analytics and afterward present accurate findings to stakeholders. I also establish a design workflow process, including design sprints management, which benefits the whole team. I supervise research for old and new design launches while valuing company KPIs, including SUS, CSAT, and other qualitative/quantitative metrics.

Here, I generate innovative Interactive Prototypes, Low & High-Fidelity Wireframes, Site Mapping, User Story Flows, and Visual Design to meet the needs of the people and encourage development. I consistently impart Content Strategy, schedule, and conduct Usability Testing to observe user behaviors and interactions. I also run a heuristic evaluation of the current site, competitive research, and brand creation for the optimal design. Lastly, I collaborate thoroughly with stakeholders to redesign and contribute to relevant programs.
