- Increase the quality and reliability of all vertical products on KLY
- Leads and facilitates cross-stream meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
- Define, lead and execute some strategy to work towards business goals by collaborating across stakeholders, product areas and content editorial team
- Collaborate by managing 9 verticals products on KLY and also define own and the workload of other PMs Growth working on the team by product roadmap documentation
- Leverage user research, usability studies, market research, experiments and data analysis and translate them into requirements that solve real problems for a large set of users by data storytelling for all stakeholders
- Mentors PMs through group workshops and sharing session between Jakarta and Malang

KLY or Kapanlagi Youniverse is one of subsidiary EMTEK Group. 

Responsibilities : 
- Manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements through launch, for all new products and features that support all KLY Products (Liputan6.com, Kapanlagi.com, Fimela.com, Bola.com, Bola.net, Merdeka.com, Otosia.com, Dream.co.id, Brilio.net, Liputan6 Apps) which collaborate with Data and Product Research Team. 
- Define, drive and maintain the product development and tech innovation roadmap/vision using the SCRUM method in alignment with company needs. 
- Understand the business and drive product and feature development to support business goals, uncovering new features and revenue opportunities. 
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team with Engineering, Editorial, Marketing, Publishing Product Team, and Design team to understand, rationalize and prioritize requests for new features in the product roadmap. 
- Serves as a leader of growth product on the SCRUM team to translate business needs into user stories that will be used to develop the features.

Bukalapak is one of subsidiary EMTEK Group. My primary role as a Product Manager is to manage O2O (Online to Offline) Products on Mitra Bukalapak which are Marketplace and all Virtual Products.

Planning and delivery of products include the marketplace and virtual/digital, across the small stall customer experience strategy. Designing experience and technological needs in a very fast experiential environment and prioritizing customer convenience.

Responsibilities :
- Serves as product owner on the SCRUM team to translate business needs into user stories that will be used to develop the features.
- Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders, UI/UX, Developer, Business team
- Provide and establish KPIs and targets for Marketplace and Virtual Products features 
- Provide product roadmap for every quarter and also maintain and manage all scope related to products features

In Detikcom which part of DetikNetwork, We called it the License and Services Department. 
My responsibilities are :
- Lead, conduct, and supervise product team of CNN Indonesia (Desktop, Mobile site, and Mobile Application), CNBC Indonesia (Desktop, Mobile site, and Mobile Application), Services Products (Partnership, Sponsorship, and Ads Products)
- Lead the product team comprising of Data Analyst, UI/UX Designer, Software Engineers (Back End, Front End, and Mobile Apps Developer)
- Collaborate with stakeholders include sales, marketing, and editorial team for Detikcom, CNN Indonesia and CNBC Indonesia.
