As one of the first Engineering Managers at alt.bank, I participated in several teams and managed different squads to support and develop features of the alt.bank application. I was part of the team that developed from scratch and successfully delivered novücard (alt.bank's credit card product). During my time at the company, I managed more than 6 squads with different profiles, including developers, DevOps, QAs, and tech leads, adding up to more than 25 collaborators. I've always worked promoting agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best programming practices (unit tests, end-to-end tests, TDD, pair programming, code review, etc).

During this period, alt.bank scaled the development teams and experimented with different products and features. alt.bank successfully launched novücard, having developed and released it in approximately 7 months.

Successes include creating the novücard from scratch and managing several development squads, operating the QA team, delivering hundreds of automated tests increasing team efficiency, and organizing and prioritizing the DevOps team's deliverables.

Since alt.bank was a new Startup when I joined, I participated in the development of various critical systems, developing backend (Java) and the mobile application (Flutter). I also participated in the conception of the developer selection process and implementation of trunk-based development.

I worked as a developer at alt.bank in it's beginning (having been among the first 10 hires of the company) with the purpose of developing it's core systems during the period the company was discovering it's audience. The app was launched less than a year after the company was created and reached the mark of thousands of users shortly after. 

Successes include architecture of security flows, marketing tools, integration with Salesforce, architecture and integration with banking system (Banking-as-a-Service) and creation of N3 support team.

As one of the founders, I participated in all of the startup creation processes, from conception to product launch, including the creation of monetization plans, development of systems, pitching and financial planning.

SOSVocê is a healthtech with the purpose of democratizing access to high quality surgeries at affordable prices in the hands of experienced doctors. SOSVocê started with Cataract and expanded to refractive surgery. It has several clinics in the metropolitan region of São Paulo and clinics interested in participating in the platform in more than 7 Brazilian states.

Successes include participation in Din4mo (Venture Builder focused on Social Impact) and development of Kura (a product that brought together health professionals from different specialties).

As one of the founders, I participated in every process that involves the creation of the startup, from conception to product launch, including the creation of monetisation plans, App development, pitches and creation of marketing plans.

Eye Saved seeks to empower people with low vision and the elderly through technology and artificial intelligence.

Successes include the creation of an App which is completely independent of vision to be used. All its features are activated through voice commands and its main feature is the Machine Learning system that is able to read drug labels and speak aloud.

I was the technical lead for the company's Android App, responsible for refactoring the code with the objective of making it clean, testable and scalable. In addition to code development, I was accountable for teaching and orienting developers from the Android development team, as well as supporting team members from other areas. As member of the tech team, I helped in the hiring of new developers as well as backend development and conduction of Scrum rituals.

I worked at VC+ during the time the company was creating and improving it's MVP, which resulted in the complete recreation of the App's layout. I was hired to create the Android development team, which included the hiring of other developers and implementation of processes such as git flow and continuous integration.

Successes include having completely refactored the App's layout, implemented MVVM architecture into the App, implemented development processes and taught Android development from scratch to members of the team.

I participated in an international team composed by members in Brazil, Canada and India. I was responsible for updating and maintaining the Voicemail app (C# - Xamarin) developed by Nuance and sold to the biggest carriers in Brazil. Besides this, I was responsible for facilitating the interactions between the back-end team/Brazilian clients and the team located abroad.

I began at Nuance when the company was looking to expand it's presence in Brazil and Latin America. I was the first and only developer of the team in Brazil, having been hired to assist and accelerate the propagation of the Voicemail application in Latin America.

Successes include having learned C# and Xamarin from scratch in a very short time (1 month), developed the App Rating flow and participated in the complete refactor of the application.

I was responsible for insourcing, maintaining and updating Mandaê's Android Apps (Clients and Drivers). Besides this, I was responsible for implementing the technical guidelines and flows necessary to maintain the applications, as well as identifying key improvement points.

I joined Mandaê at the moment the company decided to insource and modernize their Android Apps developed by third parties, being the first Android Developer acting in the company and technical reference for subjects involving Mobile.

Successes include the implementation of the Geolocation in the Drivers application (necessary for the operation of the order routing system developed by the company) and the implementation of Geofencing in the Driver application to carry out the chronoanalysis of the procedures of the drivers.

I was responsible for developing and maintaining Android apps for QuintoAndar, as well as supporting and guiding a team of approximately 10 developers with different skills and backgrounds.

I joined QuintoAndar in a period where the company was starting its growth. QuintoAndar had only 1 Android app and 1 hybrid app. When I left, there were 4 Android apps, 2 iOS apps and 1 hybrid app.

Successes include the development of the Owner app (https://goo.gl/yg4knx) and development of the Tenant app (https://goo.gl/BaPnC5).

I worked close to the TAM (Technical Account Management) team to adapt Android cellphone softwares for the Latin American market according to model and carrier requirements. I was also responsible for solving software issues and bugs.

I joined LG through the first development trainee program offered by the company. I participated in various courses and trainings where it was required to maintain high scores in order to stay in the trainee program.

Initially, I was responsible for working with TAM (Technical Account Management) team to adapt Android cellphone softwares for the Latin American market, as well as solve software issues and bugs.

After, I worked in the newly created technical specification team, where I was responsible for ensuring that all developed software were in accordance with the laws of the countries where they would be sold, with the requirements of the carriers and with the mandatory Google requirements (GMS and CTS).

Successes include increase in the efficiency of the development team through the automation of the Operator Wishboxes creation.
