Sole product designer on the Payments team leading feature designs through collaboration with product managers, engineers, and QA analysts in Agile sprint cycles. Partnered with a user researcher to identify key focus research areas, facilitate workshops, and incorporate insights into UI designs. Worked with atomic design system Alley-oop atoms, molecules, and organisms.

Defined the UX of our digital experiences by working with cross-functional teams (other designers, agencies, content strategists, copywriters, marketing stakeholders, and publishers) and produced iterative designs, wireframes, graphics, and lo-fi/hi-fi prototypes. Together we also conducted A/B testing and user testing to optimize cisco.com web performance. Provided UX feedback on existing experiences to ensure accessibility and responsive requirements using Contentsquare and Adobe Analytic insights.

Provided in-house print, digital, and UX/UI design support for fast-paced growth marketing needs and juggled multiple priorities efficiently. Conducted user research with the Global UX team at Cisco and collaborated on competitive analyses, user surveys, user interviews, affinity maps, user journeys, user stories, and workshops to derive user requirements and valuable insights for Cisco.com's new design system reference site.

As stretch assignments, project managed the marketing team's creative content during events such as Cisco Connect 2019 and the Small Business Recovery Contest 2020 to help team stay on top of our tasks and deliverables within specific timeframes.

Began as a part-time freelance and was invited to join as a full-time freelance in September 2018.

Built and maintained pages for the agency's website using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress. Also worked with multiple branding styles and delivered beautiful, user-friendly web & UI design pieces, as well as responsive assets, wireframes, and interactive Invision prototypes for various B2C and B2B applications. Functioning as a liaison between design and web development teams, created development styling guidelines and reviewed final projects for accessibility and branding compliance.

Hit the ground running and quickly picked up AngularJS 1 within weeks to build complex features (both internal and customer-facing) in a Lean Agile environment. Coded in HTML5, CSS3, and AngularJS 1 and worked with RESTful APIs, Git, Github, Gulp, and Javascript libraries such as D3. Where needed, provided UI design support for features and B2B mobile applications.

Led English and art lessons for Kindergarten and Grades 1 to 6, developed curricula, examined individual progress, and crafted captivating materials for elementary students within interactive touch-screen classrooms. Successfully supported a wide variety of unique learning styles and fostered strong connections with my students.

Moved abroad to teach English as a Second Language to Grades 1 to 6 in South Korea. Planned lessons and co-taught mix-level classes of students using a creative combination of interactive, tactile, visual, and auditory learning activities.
