Hi, I’m Cal 👋 An AI-native product leader and sports-tech operator who builds hands-on. I ship code and run agentic workflows myself, not just write specs.
Over a decade in product I’ve launched and scaled across sports streaming, AI, IoT and mobile; taking products 0→1, growing them to millions of users worldwide and multi-million ARR, across startups and scale-ups. More recently I’ve worked closely in sports, across streaming, fan experience, video, monetisation and products for clubs, creators and fans.
My background also spans consulting, data analysis, business development and growth, but at the core I love building products and helping teams find clarity.
