I am available for guidance and mentorship of current and emerging people leaders within Design: leaders, team managers, directors, and discipline leaders.

I guide the end to end design team at Headspace (product design, service design, design research, brand design, copy/content design). I have been a designer and strategist for 13 years, in consultancies and in-house.

Facilitating group creativity, strategy, and leading happy teams of makers is my primary goal as a leader.
