Conducting effective customer interviews

- Lead qualitative and quantitative research to inform marketing roadmaps, creative strategies, and design solutions.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to integrate user insights.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles to elevate UX maturity across client projects, and internal teams, coaching non-designers on UX design principles.
- Establish and refine the Agency's foundational design and research processes to enhance project efficiency and impact.
- Define and align UX services with client goals and strategic objectives.
- Oversee project scoping, resource planning, and timeline adherence for UX work across the Agency.
- Ensure the quality of UX deliverables and provide feedback to internal and external teams.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and act as a strategic partner for product vision.
- Identify new opportunities for research and design in collaboration with leadership.

- Lead and develop UX services for NPD Canada.
- Gain a deep understanding of project goals and business needs by conducting discovery workshops and drafting research briefs. 
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (heuristic evaluations, heat mapping, competitor analysis, usability testing, user interviews, GA data analysis, and surveys).
- Present research insights and actionable design recommendations to clients through compelling presentations.
- Translate strategy into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, while collaborating with team members to ensure alignment with digital marketing best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to implement the UX strategy and design recommendations.
