Responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy for 12 countries, working closely with the sales team to achieve our goals. My main responsibility was to drive growth and transformation for shopping malls brands by connecting real-time inventory with last-mile delivery, creating an omnichannel marketplace. With my expertise in growth strategy and execution, I recruited, directed and motivated a 55-person team in a hyper-growth environment, achieving outstanding results. My role also included managing the budget, driving constant changes in the product through deep data analysis, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

 • Successfully launched and grew Loro from 0 to +320.000 Downloads. Organically featured twice in the App Store first places.
 • Directed partnerships and sales with 140 brands (Miniso, Visa, Merck, AB-inbev, Diageo, Studio F, Pernod Ricard, among others).
 • Developed and implemented new features to optimize  Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), organic growth, decrease churn rate, and retain/engage over 600,000 monthly web active users. 
 • Directed A/B product testing to increase average ticket sales per user from $41 up to $83 USD in less than 6 months. 
 • Conducted constant data analysis to increase sales and optimizations and growth loops.
 • Directed de monetization plan for B2B sales vertical. (60% of Loro’s revenue)

My main responsibility was to build organic growth and bring new clients for the boutique aerial production agency. Built the sales and marketing strategy in SEO and cold-calling. Harnessed strong relationships with some of the clients to create recurring fees. Our unique approach brought a fresh perspective to our clients projects, resulting in visually stunning and high-quality content that set us apart from the competition.

 •  Successfully managed and completed more than 23 Projects in different industries: Construction, agro-industrial, architectural, tourism and digital marketing campaigns.

As a marketing manager at Grupo Exito, one of the largest retailers in Colombia, I was responsible for executing and developing large-scale  campaigns for 4 business units: Cali-Medellin Regional, Foundation, Insurances, and private-label products.
