• Leading a 7-person UX Engineering team building where design and code meet for Google Cloud Platform. Shipping in both directions, producing high-fidelity prototypes that shape product direction and production features in the GCP console.
• Building agentic tooling for UX practitioners: agents that run heuristic evaluations and CUJ audits, and prototyping workflows that assemble from production component libraries, giving prototypes implementation fidelity that mockups can't reach.
• Extending the design-as-specification model developed in my prior role, defining UX acceptance criteria and design constraints as executable inputs to agent workflows rather than documentation written after the build.
