Evaluate product vision, strategy, product development discovery and delivery process, culture; Build and guide Roadmaps that are well prioritized and can achieve outcomes; Experience with different Team topologies in order to organize business and technology teams for fast flow of work; Due Diligence assessing risks and consistency of the strategic vision and product Roadmap; Agile implementation at scale; Deep experience to construct artifacts: Deck, Lean Canvas, BluePrint… Recruiting: I frequently help define requirements for key hires in the Product organization and participate in the sourcing and interviewing of those candidates.
