Building a design process

As a Design Leader, I worked in the business unit responsible for all systems (WEB, APP, and SAAs) related to investments and variable income operations. These platforms were developed to serve end investors (B2C), internal company advisors (B2B), and partner financial advisory offices (B2B2C). In my role, I coordinated, supervised, and mentored a team of 8 designers, distributed across 4 multidisciplinary squads following the principles of Kanban and Scrum.

Within the department responsible for the sales and self-management of digital product subscriptions, such as Globoplay and Cartola, I focused on the D2C market. The sales systems we developed aimed to promote, offer, and sell these products. Additionally, I worked on the self-management platform, designed to provide customers with all the necessary functionalities to independently manage and oversee their products and subscriptions. In this position, I mentored, coordinated, and supervised a team of 6 designers, distributed across 5 squads.
