As a Senior Product Designer at Roche, I work on Clinical Hub, one of the company’s most critical digital health platforms designed to support healthcare professionals in managing, visualizing, and interpreting complex clinical and diagnostic data.

In my role as Product Designer and Service Designer at Inditex, I have played a crucial role in the Customer Service area, leading design initiatives focused on improving the user experience in various customer service flows. My key responsibilities include:

Product Discovery and Innovation Workshop Facilitation:

- Responsible for conducting discovery processes to identify areas of improvement in customer services for all the 8 brands.
- Facilitation of innovation workshops with focus on chatbots, FAQ's and notifications to drive creative and efficient solutions for all the clients.
- Collaborated closely with internal and external teams to ensure design consistency across the department of Customer Service for all the Inditex brands.

Self-Service and Call Center Contact Reduction Objective:

- Strategically focused on improving the user experience to foster a Self-Service approach.
- Implementation of solutions designed to reduce the need for contact with Call Center agents.

Impact on Global Markets:

- Although I am based in Spain, my work has a direct impact on all markets where Inditex operates, ensuring a cohesive and effective experience worldwide.

My focus as a Product Designer has been on creating intuitive, efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions for the Customer Service department along side with the POs, PMs and the rest of the stakeholders at Inditex.

As Design Manager, I led integrally all entrepreneurship projects in collaboration with entrepreneurs and the projects of the other line of business with the companies with which we collaborate, Cepsa, Samsung, UAX, Impais among others. 

I supervised teams of designers with specializations adapted to each project, ensuring continuous communication and effective collaboration with entrepreneurs and clients to ensure the optimal design and development of projects.

In addition to my primary responsibility as Design Manager, I played a crucial role in the development and implementation of core programs and workshops in our methodology, including Agile Validation Program, Design Sprint Validation, MVP Test and Validation & Incubation Program.

In summary, my performance as Design Manager focused on leading and improving the efficiency and quality of design in all aspects of our work at Eleven Lab.

During my tenure at Globant, I engaged in diverse and impactful projects. One noteworthy assignment was my role as a UX/UI Designer at BBVA, where I led the design efforts for the Global Netcash project. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the design team for various projects, including the implementation of the new Design System - Coronita - and several other international initiatives.

An especially noteworthy project involved an internal product aimed at streamlining designers' workflows by leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance the preparation and execution of user tests. In this capacity, I took charge of the visual design and user experience, concurrently facilitating remote workshops with the entire product, business, and development teams.

Throughout these years, I collaborated with internationally recognized companies such as BBVA, Openbank, Novartis, Bein Sports, Glovo, and Telefonica, gaining valuable insights into diverse industries and contributing to the success of projects with a user-centric design approach.

Responsible for the creation of the new brand image of the consultancy. In charge of all the experience design and visual design of all projects, both web and apps. In constant communication with the development department and the different project managers. Facilitator of internal workshops within the design team.

Design of specific marketing campaigns for Joma and BBVA as a freelancer. Direct communication and management with clients throughout the process. Preparation and documentation of all assets to the development team.

I designed marketing and advertising campaigns for clients such as BMW, Fnac, Renault Group, Mini, Iberostar, American Express, among many others. In charge of the design of all the necessary assets suggested by the client and in collaborative work with copywriters and developers.
