What mentees say

“Carlos is a friendly mentor and goes above and beyond in going slide by slide on what you present and sharing higher level takeaways that are worth presenting and working on in terms of a case study presentation. Enjoyed talking about aviation and travel with him.”

Mike Deng, Product Designer & Design Researcher

“Carlos is a warm-hearted person, a great listener and full of ideas. I highly recommend at least one session - he gave me loads to think about and listened to my ranting with empathy and kindness!”

Raphael Panayi, UX Designer at Career Foundry

“Carlos is a first class mentor, and I highly recommend you check-in with for session with him. I was going through turbulent times as trying to navigate as rookie in UX can be a bumpy ride, but he has managed to guide me to clearer skies. He is clearly very experienced, knowledgeable and has lots of useful resources to help you land a job in UX.”
