Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance, advice, feedback, and support mentees
• Serve as role model, teacher, counselor, advisor, and ally, depending on the specific goals and objectives negotiated with the mentee.

Employed as a Senior UX Specialist to work with one of Globant’s biggest clients:  Rockwell Automation redefining its main software. As well as, managing designers from the design studio. 
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with both clients and stakeholders on the project
• Plan with the research team to conduct user research initiatives and competitor analysis studios
• Organise and identify key user flows and tasks for PURE Analytical Method
• Synthesis with other designers the data collected from the study. 
• Create pages of the conclusions in Confluence after synthesising with the team

Responsibilities:
• Take the MVP (Android Tablet App) to the next level by applying the human centre design approach and prioritising user needs.
• Align the two weeks design sprints with the development sprint (Agile / Lean UX)

Responsibilities:
• Define a set of personas based on user research, that can be used as a design thinking tool to prioritise user journeys, requirements, and content.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
• Run user testing sessions to improve the app experience.
• Apply different research methods (qualitative and quantitative).
• Facilitate internal workshops to understand business need.

Contracted as an Experience Designer to lead user experience research and design of LG Lounge, a responsive e-learning / Intranet platform for LG. 
Responsibilities: 
• Use annotated wireframes with functional specifications
• Define the Information Architecture, navigation and optimised user journeys (mobile and web) for the site
• Define a set of personas, based on user research, that can be used as a design thinking tool to prioritise user journeys, requirements and content
• Create a plan for user testing that will be executed during the development stage

Contracted as a User Experience Lead for Santander Bank. Designed a series of mobile and responsive web products and services that Santander Bank  are currently developing.
Responsibilities: 
• UX lead of a multidisciplinary team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, Visual Designers, researchers, front-end developers and business stakeholders
• Use annotated wireframes with functional specifications (Axure) 
• Define the Information Architecture, navigation and optimised user of mobile and web solutions
• Lead the creation high fidelity clickable prototypes to conduct user-testing sessions and identify usability issues

Contracted as a User Experience Designer / Front-end developer to lead the user experience research and design of Cargiant's new digital website. With more than twenty thousand visitors per day, the company had the need to understand key user goals and behaviours in order to deliver a more engaging digital presence. 
Responsibilities: 
• Use Guerrilla research techniques and remote testing tools to gather user insight and quickly prototype (using Axure) a user interface to be further tested with users before development
• Support the technical delivery team with front end development support

In this short-term contract I did a UX review of a series of microsites, working closely with the development team to fix and improve the user experience.

Developed creative concepts and B2C digital campaigns for Spicers eCommerce website. Worked closely with development team in order to improve and update the site’s user interface.

I worked as a visual designer responsible for the creation of marketing collateral for PWC (EDMs, videos, animations and multimedia).

I worked as a contractor in the Deloitte Australia Creative Services team providing support to multimedia initiatives.
