Helping in the challenge of building a better product for the small and micro merchants in Brazil. Here at Sumup I'm focused on banking and how to help to give a better product and experience to the user, helping the team and learning a lot with them in the process of:
- Participate in research team's discussions to develop quantitative and qualitative researches and, also, helping in analyzing the findings for Bank;
- Providing the product teams with KPIs and user behaviors;
- Constructing Data models to easy the accessibility of the data, contributing towards a data-driven culture;
- Participating in product roadmaps discussions to go even further in the company's mission

As a Data Specialist I was first allocated to help the acquisition of new clients in digital media, doing the data and business communication. There were three main focus:
- Minimize the CAC in paid media, improving the campaign's allocation within the targeted audience looking at the data generated by our tests (A/B, multivariate and so on) and translating the insights to the design team, marketing director and campaigns administrator.  
- Predicting the reachability we could get by investing different amounts of money to avoid over spending and not getting the desired results.
- Find new opportunities by looking at our actual client base and their behavior.

Once everything was settled I continued to maintain it operational but started to contribute a little more with product and research teams for user's specific behaviors, product pipeline, clusterization and risk analysis.
- Helping to predict the credit operation defaults.
- Analyzing and helping to structure quantitative and qualitative researches
- Clustering and analyzing the clients' behavior within the app, products and interactions with support.

I had the challenge of acting as a data consultant within the consultancy and allocated to a client of the financial segment.

- Within the consultancy I assisted the team on the hiring process, focus on finding the perfect profile to develop a data lake for all areas. In addition, I supported the sales team during the sales of growth projects which were related to any type of data interface, wether being just the analysis or its data structure.

- At the client, BS2 Hub, I performed as data consultant, guiding the product strategy to its scalable growth, based on good practices, making possible POCs for later implementation, as well as forecasts to guide online marketing on its investments in media to achieve its best performance. Additionally, I was responsible for building the possible scenarios to achieve the perfect fit in its business model.

Meanwhile, I developed Python skills, focusing on machine learning, data science and analysis. Furthermore, I developed myself on business topics, soft skills and assessment process.

I got the challenge to develop the data warehouse(DW), in this process I had to make some crawlers of data,  integrations with APIs that hadn't been done yet and with another sources of legacy data, such as spreadsheets, csvs, logs,... 
    The real job to be done was to give full visualization of the operation and do analysis to improve it, the DW was a latent need that had to be solved first. Here it was a constant work of deliver, refine and then go live.
    In the meanwhile I helped to analyse data contracts and improve the negotiations to spend less monthly and have better services with a few of our service providers.

In my time there the main activities were:
- To develop a platform to make the online visualization of the reports using flask, nginx, uwsgi as infrastructure and highcharts, datatables, python and js to make the reports and exhibits. 
- Perform analysis like Time series predictions, forecast of revenue, measures of the service quality and a lot of other reports and analysis.
- Construct some Parsers and crawlers in python to enrich the database.

When I decided to change paths in my career this is where I started, discovering that everything that I learned in physics and research could generate a huge benefit in analysis and other models.
I stayed just a few months learning about the business and adapting my skills and I got contracted.

Technician in electron microscopy 
Responsible for training new users and executing external services for the industry.
I lesson and did the laboratorial part, sample preparation, coating and adherence to the microscopy support and the execution of the measures in the equipment itself.
The physics involved is a very important thing to consider, each sample react to the electron bean in a particular way depending on its composition and the properties of these materials, so each measure have a different setup that has to be done. The wrong configuration can even destroy the sample.
