I'm enthusiastic about sharing the lessons learned in a decade by working on content. I provide guidance to aspiring content designers, interested in UX and social entrepreneurship.

At Kaluza, we're building the future of energy: from charging electric vehicles (EVs) when electricity is greener and cheaper to creating simplified energy bills for users. At its core, the Kaluza platform aggregates data from disparate sources so that energy companies can offer better products and services to domestic users while we transition to a net zero grid. I'm currently working on internal documentation projects + UX content at scale.

Coople is creating the future of work by matching qualified workers with organisations needing flexible staff. 

I worked closely with the development teams building new features on the product, and also with the marketing team to ensure that our tone of voice was consistent everywhere that our content touches our users. I also managed the international copywriting team who produce content for our French and German language sites.

Hipatias connects female freelancers with technology projects worldwide. 

We've worked with 10 women from Mexico City on data science, UI design, web development and content production projects. Our customers include AI consultancy C-Minds, Crea Foundation, All-In languages, Pro-Opera Mexico, EducaSex Academy and Clinica Trevi.

Disruptivo.TV is a digital media startup providing educational content for social entrepreneurs in Mexico. 

As Director of Communications, my mission was to ensure we became a profitable outlet while delivering high-quality content for young audiences. 

During my time there, we raised $70,000 through a crowdfunding campaign, launched a course on social entrepreneurship, grew the team from 3 to 12 people and created multimedia content packages that signed new customers, including Metlife Foundation and Danone. 

I interviewed female Mexican leaders for the podcast 'Disruptivo Mujeres' and planned and produced the event 'Punto de Encuentro', where young people came to learn about social entrepreneurship from speakers and workshop facilitators.

Asset Mapping (now Metrikus) is an IoT startup working in the smart buildings niche. 

As Product Marketing Manager, I was the person in charge of communicating Asset Mapping Value Proposition, features and benefits to stakeholders. 

During my time there, we developed a pilot for customer Jabil to deliver real-time energy monitoring and asset location services. We also led the energy vertical within the smart cities project CityVerve (Manchester) and partnered with tech organisations including Cisco, Intel and Salesforce to further develop our PropTech suite.

Clients and projects include:

1. SoAmpli: Developed social selling strategy and social media content for two US-based e-
learning platforms. Monitored analytics, created content recommendations and drove sustained growth.

2. IoT.Nxt:  I was the person in charge of creating the marketing and communications collateral in preparation for its soft landing in the UK. I also represented the organization at London Tech Week and delivered sales and product presentations for executives.

3. AON: Writer for Aon ́s blog The One Brief on risk management for business leaders.

4. Shadow writer. Interviewed startup founders for the book Future Cities: 42 Insights
and Interviews with Influencers, Startups, and Investors.

As a UX writer, I crafted UI copy to guide users through Skype´s digital products. From ideation to shipping, I liaised with PMs, designers, UX researchers and marketers to create consistent experiences for our users at every stage of their journey. Products I've worked on include Skype Qik, Skype for Web, Skype WiFi and Skype for Linux. All in all, I worked with awesome professionals to build a product close to the heart of millions of people ♥️

Commented the topics of the day live from the studio with presenter Rony Robinson. Discussed lighthearted topics (UEFA 2012, Olympic Games ceremony 2012) and sensitive breaking news (Boston Marathon bombings in 2013, Rotherham child abuse scandal).

A reporter in the society section. Kept the website updated with wire news and wrote in-depth investigative articles such as "Are electric cars really green?" or "Does the flu vaccine work?"
