Hey! I’m Carmen, a product designer with 10 years of experience building and leading design at early-stage startups in San Francisco and Europe. I’ve spent my career shaping products from zero to one, running sprints, mentoring junior designers, and helping teams adopt modern, AI-powered workflows.

Today I co-run Yummy Labs, a design accelerator where I guide designers through real startup challenges using the same processes I’ve used as a founding designer. I love helping people strengthen their product thinking, sharpen their UI craft, and navigate the messy realities of the industry.
