My role as Sr. CX/UX designer for clinical surveillance for healthcare enterprises involves talking with customers to gather insights into their needs and pain points, and consulting with SMEs to understand industry best practices. Based on this knowledge, I then ideate with the product team to inform the creation of UX mockups and prototypes which allow customers to visualize and contribute to the design process. To bridge the gap between customers and developers, I create stories in Jira that give context to the user’s needs, detailed design specifications for development and acceptance criteria for QA.

During the design cycle, the customer is always at the central focal point, ensuring that our products are intuitive, usable and meet their needs.
