Hi! This is Carol! I'm a product designer at Endpoint designing web applications to help agents close housing deals. Before that, I designed applications for truckers at Convoy and designed internal portals in IBM Taiwan. I enjoy making sense of complex workflow through the lens of design. I'm willing to help with interviews or chat about studying abroad, getting laid off (yeah it's hard but I get through it and so will you), or working in different industries as a designer.
